Affordable Storage Guys Management is the management company that operates both company owned and third party owned facilities. Affordable Storage Guys Management oversees self storage properties and are continually adding new facilities.

Maintenance Team: Full-time
Maintenance team members will be responsible for basic self storage facilities maintenance duties. Responsibilities will include but aren't limited to the following duties: Conducting daily travel to scheduled sites for various tasks as directed, ensuring the facility has sufficient supplies on hand to conduct job duties, maintaining the lawn care (mowing & weed eating) at each of the properties on a weekly basis, spraying weeds along all fence lines and around each building as needed, leaf removal, snow removal, and a general knowledge of site management.
Property Manager: Full-time in Sevierville, TN & Bowling Green, KY
As the Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the property including, collections, rentals, transfers and move outs, property upkeep, including picking up trash, sweeping units, and daily lock checks. Other duties include retail sales, filing, answering phones, responding to emails, and providing an extreme customer service experience.
Kampgrounds of America (KOA) is the world's largest system of privately held campgrounds with more than 500 locations across the United States and Canada. Affordable Storage Guys Management is the management company that operates the Bowling Green KOA Holiday located in Bowling Green, KY.
KOA Level 1 Maintenance: Full or Part-time
Responsibilities include but aren't limited to assisting maintenance team members with carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, landscaping, and general maintenance to campground buildings, facilities, equipment and grounds as directed by the Campground Manager. CLICK HERE TO LEARN MORE
KOA Level 2 Maintenance: Full or Part-time
Responsibilities include but aren't limited to carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, landscaping, and general maintenance to campground buildings, facilities, equipment and grounds as directed by the Campground Manager. You will also take a lead role in implementing daily, weekly and monthly maintenance projects in collaboration with the Campground Manager.
